胡荽的别名。
植物名。繖（ㄙㄢˇ）形科胡荽（ㄙㄨㄟ）属，一年生草本。茎直立，中空有条纹，高三十公分至六十公分。叶为羽状复叶，细裂有锯齿。夏天开白色花。果实为球形，气味强烈。除供食用外，也可做调味佐料或入药。
